The inspiration for AllCams came about from a group of unhappy Chathosts and Viewers who were using various other services on the Internet. We simply got fed up with the way we were being treated. Here are some real examples of what we found on other sites...Chathost's technical problems were ignored. Viewer's access was frequently denied without being given a proper reason, resolving the problem or simply ignored. When we chose a pay service we never knew how much it cost ...and on the very rare occasions we did find out, we were way over charged ...and all this is from a company who claims, even to this day, that they don't have a single unhappy customer!!! LOL So ...we created our very own Videochat Network, with the intention of treating all the Viewers and Chathosts just the way we wished we were treated....and don't forget, if you have any suggestions on how to make this a better site, then let us know. We probably won't be able to make all the changes you suggest ..but we really do care about what you think!
